Jaxon J. Palmer, age 4, passed away Wednesday morning, July 20, 2016 at the Toledo Children’s Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

Jaxon was born on July 15, 2012 in Utica, NY, the son of Jake and Brianna (Meadows) Palmer, who survive. He is also survived by a sister, Jaiden Palmer and a brother, Colten Palmer; grandparents, Jamie (James) Hildebrandt of Stryker; grandfather, Kevin Meadows of Stryker; grandmother, Nancy Palmer of Iowa; great-grandparents, Dean and Evelyn Clark of Stryker; and great-grandmother, Connie Meadows of Wauseon.

A celebration of Jaxon’s life will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com. Grisier Funeral Home in Stryker has been entrusted with arrangements.
