Kenneth A. Stephens

Kenneth A. Stephens, age 74, of Tedrow passed away Friday July 14, 2017 in his home. Prior to his retirement he had served a full career in the US Navy, he then worked for Sauder Manufacturing in Archbold. 

Mr. Stephens was born on May 27, 1943 in Knoxville, TN the son of the late Kenneth and the late Frances (Stewart) Stephens. On December 18, 1988 he married the former Patricia “Pat” Lobdell and she survives. He enjoyed following NSACAR, playing golf and taking care of his family. 

Surviving besides his wife, Pat are children; Dawn Colon-Stephens, Katherine Griner, Cheryl O'neill, Mary Timothy) LaPorte, Teresa Stephens and Thomas Stephens. Also surviving are grandchildren; Aaron (Lindsey) Hensley, Analeise (Juan) Bazaldua, Andres (Jordon) Villanueva, Ashlyn (Freddy) Cruz, Aliza Dauterman, Samantha Griner, John Griner, Jared Griner, Michelle (Troy) Thompson, Lacy LaPorte, Caden Stephens, and Kayla Stephens and great-grandchildren; Dillon Walter, Owen Dunn, Baylee Dunn, Spencer Thompson, Rowan Hensley, Quinn Peterson, Kinlee Peterson, Juan Bazaldua, Jr., Makayla Perdue and Ariana Villanueva. Nephew Scott DeVore and family and niece, Amy Devore and family also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister; Judy Devore, brother-in-law Phil DeVore and mother-in-lw Hanna Gallagher.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00pm Saturday July 22, 2017 at the Tedrow Methodist Church with Pastor Kevin Cochran officiating. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the VFW Post #7424 in Wauseon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.GrisierFH.com.
