Marilyn A. Estel

Marilyn A. Estel, age 85, of Wauseon passed away Monday June 5, 2017 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. Prior to her retirement she had been a proofreader for the Fulton County Expositor for many years as well as a homemaker.

Mrs. Estel was born on October 4, 1931 in Fayette, Ohio the daughter of the late Dan and the late Leona (Staniford) Woodward. On November 4, 1950 she married John Estel and he survives.

Surviving besides her husband, John are six sons; John (Teresa) Estel of Arvada, CO, Roger (Rhonda) Estel of Weaverville, NC, David Estel of Wauseon, Jim (Judy) Estel of Wauseon, Terry Estel of Wauseon and Scott Estel of Toledo. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday June 10, 2017 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon. Interment will follow in the St. Caspar Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00-6:00pm on Friday at the funeral home. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
