Pennie Downing Obituary

Pennie Downing, age 91, of Wauseon, Ohio passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in Fulton Manor, Wauseon, Ohio. She was born March 12 1927 in Austin, Texas to the late Harvey Charles Blaylock and Jettie Vesti (Raby) Blaylock. She was employed as an insurance agent for many years.

Survivors include her son-in-law, Michael Lynn Andrews. Grandchildren, Nicole Elizabeth Andrews and Joshua Lynn Andrews. Great-grandchildren, Nefertari Samuel and Leton Kamal Samuel. Brother, Joe Blaylock. Pennie is preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Donna Pauline Andrews.

Funeral services will be private in Monrovia, California. Interment will be in Live Oak Memorial Park, Monrovia, California.
