Phillip D. Damms

Phillip D. Damms, age 68, of Stryker, Ohio passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 in his home.  He was born September 05, 1949 in Ellenville, New York to the late Purvis and Evelyn (Sorum) Damms. Phillip married Miriam Roberta Damms in 1980 and she preceded him in death in April 2008.  He was employed as a carpenter and worked in construction for many years.

Survivors include two sons, Kevin and Jesse Damms.    Three grandchildren,  Tyler, Christopher and Michael Damms.  

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife,  Miriam Roberta Damms and a granddaughter, Annabelle Damms. 

Funeral services will be private.  Arrangements entrusted to Grisier Funeral Home, Stryker, Ohio.
