Dear Damms family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Phillip. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. (Please read) May God give you and your family comfort in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they are resurrected. With deepest sympathy and warmth of heart.

Uncle Phil I just wanted to say I love ya. It’s sad to have you gone, I know I haven’t seen you since mama was sick. I’m sorry for that too. We all live so far from each other, unless you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth it’s very hard to travel to all the places family are spread out in. But regardless I have my memories. Lol, the time you found us up on the shed trying to “hatch” chicken eggs! Also when we ran away and you found us hiding in a vacant house. You always loved us no matter what us crazy kids did. You also took me off the railroad tracks so many times I couldn’t count. When my dad whooped my back side and you called me to you and hugged me until the hurt stopped. You were there when I was little, you were my smile. It’s hard for others to see you like that but I did. So I will miss you uncle Phil, but I am happy you have no more pain, no more suffering. Rest easy now unc ...
