Shirley Jean Ruby

Shirley Jean Ruby, age 79, of Wauseon, passed away Saturday evening, April 15, 2017, in her home. She had worked at Chief Supermarket in Wauseon for 30 years.

Shirley was born in Wauseon on February 22, 1938, the daughter of Wilmer and Mary (Faber) Witte. She is survived by three sons, Kevin B. (Crystal) Ruby of Swanton, Daryl Lee Ruby of Wauseon and Gene Ruby of Delta. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and a sister, Becky (Bill) Hoeffel of Kansas City, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, DeAnna L. Cover-Ruby, and a sister, Wilma.

Visitation for Shirley will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon, with a committal service to follow at Riverview Memory Gardens.
