Wauseon:

James R. Williams, age 78, of Wauseon, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018, at the Fulton County Health Center in Wauseon. Prior to his retirement he had been a truck driver.

James was born in Paoloa, Kansas on February 10, 1940, the son of Daniel and Lawanna (Dickey) Williams. On September 21, 1992, he married Kathleen Kwiatkowski, and she survives.

Surviving is his wife, Kathleen; two daughters, Suzette (Tom) Morgan of Imlay City, MI, Lynette Hillman of Rochester Hills, MI; one son, James D. Williams of Anchorage, AK; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Barbara and Delores.
