I am so sorry I just learned of Joes' passing, I would have been there. I have so many memories of him as I was growing up. I am so sorry for your loss and know the road you are on and am sure he is watching over you all. Many prayers for you all.

Dear Pennington’s,
It is with great sadness in my heart that I send my deepest sympathy. I was unable to attend his visitation or celebration of life; however, you were all in my thoughts. Loren had many long conversations with the Laney’s as he delivered eggs to the house. He told me to come teach at Evergreen. He will be missed. You have wonderful memories of this special man to help you through this difficult time. Prayers to all of you!

Nancy and I extend our sincere sympathy to Arlene and the Pennington families. What a beautiful farm family which has enriched the surrounding communities for many years. Loren was a dedicated hog farmer, Evergreen school board member, Fulton County FairPork/ Sausage manager and Lutheran Church member. Nancy and I have heard many times so many comments from friends of all ages about Loren and Arlene's loyalty and friendship to all people. We always loved talking with them and their sincerity was most unique. May God protect your family during this difficult time.
PS. Curt got lymphoma cancer in April and has and will be in treatment til
November when a PET Scan takes place. You are and will be in our deepest thoughts and prayers.

I was sorry to hear of Loren's passing. He was one of the finest board members I ever worked with in my twenty-three years as a school superintendent. To me, he will always be the face that I see when I think of Evergreen. I never worked with a more dedicated and caring board member. I was happy to hear that his son has followed in his footsteps as a Evergreen board member.

I am so sorry to hear of Loren's passing. It was so nice having Loren and Arlene as our neighbors at Lake James (my parent's cottage). He was such a kind man. Arlene, I will be praying for him, for you, and for your whole family. It's very hard to lose the ones we love. We take comfort that he is with God in heaven. God bless you always.
