Betty L. Duvall

Pettisville:

Betty L. Duvall, age 86, of Pettisville, passed away May 5, 2018, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Prior to her retirement at Sauder Woodworking in Archbold, she had worked at ITT Higbie in Archbold and Campbell Soup Napoleon.

Betty was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, on December 13, 1931, the daughter of Howard and Elma (Brown) Bennett. On July 26, 1956, she married Lawrence R. Duvall, and he preceded her in death in 2010. She was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church in Wauseon and had also attended Christ’s Church in Wauseon. 

Surviving is son, Steve (Carol) Duvall of Wauseon; daughter, Shirley (John) Hasenauer of Toledo; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and sister, Irene Noble of Wheelersburg, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Pearl Bennett; and two step-brothers, Leo and Cleo Conkel.

Visitation for Betty will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wasueon. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, also at the funeral home, with Pastor Mike Harbour, officiating. Interment will follow in the Pettisville Cemetery.
