Christopher Charles Blade

Christopher Charles Blade, age 50, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 of a sudden illness. He was born on March 23, 1973 to Jean Keaton and Michael Blade in Toledo, Ohio.  He attended Clay High School in Oregon Ohio.  Chris was a skilled carpenter and loved working on his many projects and remodeling.  He also enjoyed animals, plants, motor sports, water sports, camping and outdoor activities.

Chris is survived by his children who he loved deeply, Christopher, Jacob, Emily and Logan. 

Also surviving are his father, Mike Blade, siblings, Melanie Cope (Jon Smith) and Michael Blade.  Nieces and Nephews, Amber (Tyler), Jacob, Michael, Caleb, Abigail, Morgen, Regan, and Brenna.  A special recognition to Suzanna Beard, Natalie Solomon and Sherry LeGare.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jean Keaton, grandparents and his favorite Grandma Mary Frances Amer.   

Honoring Chris’ wishes there will be no formal services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
