Deborah "Deb" Ann (Block) Gilbert

Deborah "Deb" Ann Gilbert, age 60, of Stryker, Ohio passed away Friday, November 22, 2019 in her home surrounded by her loving family.  Deb was born March 10, 1959 in South Dakota to the late Eugene E. and Linda L. (Payne) Block.  She married Peter Gordon Gilbert, Jr. and he survives.  Deb was an employee of Strydel Company for many years and was also employed recently with Moore Industries for 15 years.  Deb enjoyed garage sales. 

Survivors include, her husband,  Peter G. Gilbert, Jr.,  of Stryker, Ohio.  Her children, Theresa Marie Block, Daniel Lee Block, Dawayne Gilbert and Peter G. Gilbert, III.  4 grandchildren.  2 great-grandchildren.  Sisters,  Susan Kay Block, Roxanne Wilson, Shelly Long.  Brothers,  Sonny Block, LeRoy Block, Billy Block, Tony Block, Johnny Block, Sr.  Numerous nieces and nephews.

Deb is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Rose Marie and Ann Marie.

The Gilbert family is honoring Deb's wishes and there will be no visitation or funeral services.  Funeral services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:  American Cancer Society in Deb's name.
