Rachel Ann Morrison, age 36, of Delta, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Wexner Medical Center of the Ohio State University Hospital.

Rachel was born in Wauseon on July 7, 1986, the daughter of Hal and Kim (McCullough) Green. Surviving are Rachel's son, Zaydin Morrison of Rossford; daughter, Isabella Hutchinson of Michigan, step-son, Tysin Morrison: father, Hal (Wilma) Green of Rossford; mother, Kim (Stephen) Gross of Delta; sister, Erin (Ken) Mlynarek of Delta; brother, Scott (Chelsea) Pfaff of Delta; step-sister, Mercedes Cowell of Rossford; three step-brothers, Timothy Conley of Orgeon, Ryan Conley of Tennessee and Steve Gross of Springfield. She is also survived by grandparents, Vicki (Eugene) Heath of Delta,  grandmother, Carol Shaw of Lyons; nephews, Jarren, Jamison, Colt, Easton and Merrick; and niece, Jayla. She was preceded in death by two grandfathers, John McCullough and Harold Green.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Grisier~Weigel Funeral Home, 400 west Main St., Delta, Ohio. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 3:00 P.M. The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the benevolence of the family.
