Richard Brown

Richard Brown, age 75, of Wauseon, passed away on February 21, 2026, at the Ebeid Hospice Center. Richard worked road maintenance before retirement.

Richard was born on May 19, 1950, in Wauseon, to the late Donald and Shirley (Cole) Brown. He was a member of the Emmaus Lutheran Church in Wauseon.

Surviving Richard is his daughter, Jessica (Mark) Cerda; son, Daniel Brown; and son, Steven Brown. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Taylor, Tristan, and Toria; and sister, Beverly Walworth. Richard was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda Jones; and brother, Harold Brown.

A graveside service for Richard will take place on Friday, February 27, 2026, at the Winameg Cemetery, at 10:30am. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com. The Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home of Wauseon is honored to serve the Brown family.
