Richard Carr

Richard Carr, age 75, of Wauseon, passed away on June 12, 2026, at the Henry County Hospital. Richard drove truck for a gravel company earlier in his life.

Richard was born on August 21, 1950, in Hudson, MI, to the late Henry and Eleanor (Borck) Carr. On September 26, 1975, he married Susan (Windisch), who preceded him in death in 2021. He loved antique tractors, especially John Deere. He also loved his dogs.

Surviving Richard are his siblings, Mary Clark, Charles D. (Patricia) Carr, Douglas Carr, Anthony Carr, and Joe Carr; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan; parents; sister, Martha Hochstetler; and sister, Barbara Belman.

A public graveside service will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2pm, at the Tedrow Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com. The Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home of Wauseon is honored to serve the Carr family.
