Tommie Alan Clair

Hicksville:

Tommie Alan Clair, age 66, of Hickville, past away unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 16, 2024. Prior to his retirement he had been a machinist, having owned TLC Research in Montpelier.

Tommie was born in Bryan, Ohio on November 2, 1957, the son of Frederick A. and Shirley A. (Galloway) Clair. On January 18, 1980 he married Jane Snow, and she preceded him in death in 2015. Tommie was a faithful member of the West Milford Church of Christ in Hicksville. Tommie loved his church and he enjoyed listening to, and playing music.

Surviving are five children, Chris Snow of Bryan, Amanda Kreischer of Montpelier, Jeffery Clair of Hicksville, Dustin Clair of Hicksville and Jennifer Clair of West Unity. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers, Ronnie Clair of Hillsdale, MI, Johnnie Clair of Hillsdale, MI and Dannie (Debbie) Clair of Sandusky. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane, and both parents.

Visitation for Tommie will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. on Monday, September 23, 2024 at the West Milford Church of Christ, 4855 Casebeer Miller Road, Hicksville, Ohio. The funeral service will immediately follow at the church, with Pastor Dan Grant, officiating. Interment will follow in the Stryker Cemetery.
