William "Bill" E. Hartman

William "Bill" E. Hartman, age 86, of Montpelier, Ohio passed away Sunday, May 08, 2022, at his home.   He was born February 29, 1936 in Williams County, Ohio to the late Emery and Madeline (Dietrich) Hartman.  He was a Army veteran serving October 25, 1955 until October 24, 1957 in Virginia.  He was a Tool and Die maker employed with Bryan Custom Plastics for many years.  He was an avid fisherman, hunter and enjoyed watching sports of all kinds.  

Survivors include his children,  Randy (Marcia) Hartman, of Montpelier, Ohio,  Jeffrey Harman, of Florida,  and William Hartman, Jr., of Indianapolis, Indiana.  8 grandchildren.  9 great-grandchildren, his sister, Bev Wheeler,  his brother, Tony Klopfenstein.  Numerous nieces and nephews.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Joan, his brothers,  Dewayne, Jerry and Terry.  

The Hartman family will receive friends for a time of visitation Monday, May 16, 2022,  11:00 a.m. -  1:00 p.m.  at  Life Changing Church, Edgerton, Ohio.  Celebration of Bill's life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday in the church.  Pastor Rick Stiver will officiate.  Fellowship luncheon will follow the services at the church.
