No one can take those memories from us, and they become more valuable as time goes on! I know Dad was waiting with open arms to greet her as she passed. No matter how long we had her, it still wasn't long enough.

Sandy, You have my sympathy on the passing of your Mother. I lost my wife to cancer a year and a half ago today. Bernarnd Behnke is in a nursing home in Angola, In. His wife died there about three years ago. They were in a room together before she died. His sister Berneta Lauber is in a nursing home in Grand Blanc, Mi. They were cousins of your Dad. Your mom was the last one of the Roy Eicher family. I live in an assisted living unit in Maumee. My son and daughter work in Maumee and my daughter lives there so they are close to me.
