We were sad to hear about Ron's passing. I am just so glad that I got to visit with him in July. One thing I came away from our meeting was that he still had his sense of humor. Our heartfelt condolences to his family.

I feel as though I have lost another brother. I was able to visit with Ron in July and will always be thankful that I had the opportunity . Although he was feeling real down he still had his sense of humor. Our heart felt condolences to his family.

Ron was our friend, our comrade, and advisor throughout most our life. He faced life with a determination and lust unmatched. We will miss his great sense of humor and his ability to make any situation a good one. Carry on Ron and we will see you on the other side.

So sorry that I won't be able to pay my respects in person, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to send condolences. Ron was always a jokester (like you didn't know that) and did his best to keep the trumpet section smiling during 1st period band or bus trips to parades. And though band is now a distant memory, he always greeted me with his big, friendly smile and will be deep missed by many. My thoughts & prayers go out to all of you.
