I would like to offer my sincere condolences for the loss of your dear loved one, Sadonna. May you find comfort in your loving memories, and in God's promise to soon "swallow up death forever...and wipe away the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) God also promises of a time soon when " no resident will say : I am sick." (Isaiah 33:24) That is a wonderful time to look forward to! For more comforting thoughts please visit jw.org.

I am John's caregiver and posting this for him. He saw her obituary after the service and was very upset that he missed it. He has been telling me amazing memories and stories about Sadonna and her family :) Her parents were very close to his parents growing up. He has very fond memories so I explained to him I could do this online for him. "She was always thinking of what she could do to help make a better place for people to live, a very caring person, and didn't let anything change that." We are both very sorry for your loss and praying that you can find peace. I did not get to meet her yet feel like I know her all of the stories he has told me. She seems to have brought happiness to everyone she touched, helped and knew her! From her picture she was so beautiful and I know from his stories she was beautiful inside too :)

Dear Lowell,
I was saddened to recently learn of your mother's passing. I have such good memories of her from my childhood when we were friends in Wauseon! You can take great comfort in a long life well-lived! I probably have not seen you in a good 45 years or so, but we had a blast in those early years. I remember hikes to Indian Hill and many good time at your house on Lincoln Street. I even remember your dog Mitzy! I know your brother Dave and my brother Steve were also good friends at the same time. So much we could discuss! If ever you want to call me and have good chat, do so! 419-738-7965. I live in Wapakoneta Ohio. Again, my sympathies to you and yours. Mark Short

David and Lowell, I was very saddened to learn of your mother's passing. Aunt Sadonna was a truly wonderful lady. She was always exceptionally caring and supportive, and I so enjoyed being around her. I particularly remember our Hoffman family reunions in Wauseon as well as our Christmas gatherings that rotated among the family members. I specifically recall being at your house at one such occasion, spending the afternoon playing with a racetrack in your basement. What fun we all had as cousins. Your mom was dedicated to family and a role model for all. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. All the best,
Fred.

David & Susana --- I am sorry to see that your Mom has passed away. I just joined the "You know you are from Wauseon when ..... Group" and clicked on the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home icon to see if there was anyone I knew listed in the obituaries. Since Sadonna was at the top of the list, I started to read her obituary and immediately noticed you - her son David Weber. I remember you planning a Weber Family Reunion at "The Burr House B&B" which I had listed as a place to stay for our 50th Reunion of the Wauseon High School Class of 1964 in 2014. You mentioned that the reunion was for your Mom at the time. I can relate since I continue to organize my Mom's Geringer Family Reunion every 10 years (1997 & 2007) with the next one in 2017. My Mom Clarice (Geringer) George started that tradition in 1987 when my daughter Jennifer was one year old. Jennifer was my Mom's first & only granddaughter in July 1986. My son Christopher was my Mom's first & only grandson in June 1988. She saw both of them & treasured them, then passed away in November 1988. You may have had my Mom - Mrs George as your 5th grade teacher. Even though I lost my Mom 28 years ago in 1988, I can still vividly relate to how you feel about your Mom passing. You too will find comfort at this time by treasuring your memories of your Mom. Our thoughts & prayers are with you. ---- Bev & Paul
