Tim's unfettered good nature and determination in all things have left a positive and enduring impression. He did not care to be known as "Toots" when he was younger, but we sometimes used that meaningless but funny sounding sobriquet precisely because of the genuine fondness (and teasingly good fun) we had for Ted's and Tom's little brother. He usually ignored us, but it could be used to good effect at times, as his brothers will attest (as when it angered him enough to pin his opponent during a particularly tough wrestling match in high school). Our deepest sympathies and prayers go to Peggy, Eli, Kory, Aunt Florence and Uncle Don, Ted, Tom, and the entire Howard family. Tim is now in God's loving embrace, and until we meet again, we pray for his peace, happiness, and continued good times in the hereafter.
